Our family business began in Bandon, West Cork in 1860, moving to Mallow in 1880. That’s a lot of history, a lot of experience and tradition. We source most of our ingredients from our own farm and other local farms and producers. These quality ingredients are turned into fresh homemade starters, dinners, desserts, breads and fresh baking.
