All our lamb is locally sourced from County Cork, is naturally grass-fed and then dry-aged and matured.

The T-bone steak of lamb. These chops are the tenderest part of the lamb and can, therefore, be cooked on the grill, bbq, pan, or oven.

They are extremely versatile and suitable for marinating but are so good we recommend leaving them as they are.
