We’ve been making sausages for a long time with a traditional recipe that has been handed down through the generations.
We use forequarter meat from free-range local pigs. This results in a very high meat content sausage that is full of natural flavor.
Bake in a pre-heated oven 180c for 30 minutes.
Homemade sausage meat (80% meat content) wrapped in puff pastry.
