Steak & Plum Stir-Fry

Definitely one of our best sellers. We use the side cuts from premium prime pieces of steak for this dish. So pieces of fillet, striploin, rib eye or sirloin that are odd shaped are sliced up and make their way to our steak and plum stir fry. The sauce is oil based marinade that we homemake and blend. It is mild in spice and slightly fruity. It is then mixed with a wide variety of crunchy peppers, onions, bamboo shoots and water chestnuts.

Our steak and plum stir fry can be baked in the oven for 40 minutes at 190c, stirring occasionally, or can be stir fried in a wok at high heat for 10 to 15 minutes depending on how you like your steak cooked.

Serve with rice or noodles. Try in a wrap or burrito with melted cheese and natural yoghurt.
