Our Farm is located about five miles outside of Mallow. There we have orchards which produce apples for our apple tarts, hens which give us free-range eggs used in our baking and a large poly tunnel to grow fruit and vegetables like tomatoes and peppers during the year.
We grow fresh root vegetables like beetroot, carrot, onion and potato which are used to make salads in our deli. During the year we rear pigs on our farm and we have a supply of Black Angus and Hereford cattle coming from a farm in Rathduff, Co. Cork. In the coming months our aim is to develop the farm and its produce even more into our shop.
